WPDirectory Pro offers a seven (7) day refund in the event that our software is not able to work for you on your system.
To qualify for a refund you must meet at least two of the following conditions

1. Product does not function as advertised OR
2. Server must meet the minimum requirements
3. AND Support has confirmed that the server is unable to run the product

In the event that a certain non-essential function does not work, such as mod_rewrite, and your host is found not to support mod_rewrite or is not using the apache webserver there are no grounds for refund. The mod_rewrite function and other small functions are not required for the actual use and operation of our scripts.

If an essential function is not able to operate on your server then you are eligible for a refund.

Users must ensure that the server they will be installing our products on meet the minimum requirements. Failure to do this may mean that no refund will be offered.

No refunds will be considered for any account deleted for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
