While we do experince periods where our levels of emails and messages are higher, we are committed to responding to you within a maximum of twenty four (24) hours. Often we do respond in less than one hour, however sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control it is not possible to answer that quickly all the time. We feel that offering a twenty four hour maximum response time gives us a window that we can ensure you will receive a reply.

Resolution
WPDirectory Pro is committed to finding a resolution to your issues. Most issues are resolved with the first response from us. However due to the complexity of some issues we cannot guarantee a time when any issue will be resolved.
